By becoming a Sponsor, Exhibitor, or Advertiser, you do not simply bring financial aid to the conference or its initiatives, but you become a YCNL Partner. Our partners’ support helps keep registration cost low for students, provides the best possible experience for delegates, and assists YCNL in giving back to the community. Becoming a Sponsor of YCNL is a prime opportunity to partner with a major youth conference of 2000+ registrants. Sponsors of YCNL receive year-round exposure at all YCNL events. Sponsors also take advantage of YCNL’s large social media audience; 2500+ Facebook likes, 2400+ Twitter followers, and 1000+ Instagram followers. The announcement of our 2016 conference location boasted a 10,000+ reach! These youth may be consumers of your business, members of your organization, or future business leaders in our province.
Sponsors have helped us maintain a low conference registration cost, build a YCNL house at the Village of Hope in Malawi, support our community food banks with over $20,000 in cash donations and non-perishable food items, assist in the launch of a Teen Challenge Canada drug rehabilitation centre, support local youth & community centres, send teams to Labrador communities, and bring YCNL to Labrador in the summers of 2011 and 2015. With the help of our Sponsors, we continue to create more opportunities to give back to the community.
Our goal is to provide our Sponsors with high value through media exposure, event advertising, an audience of registrants, on-site hosting, and access that no one else will have. We also hope to build relationships with our corporate partners that can be extended to include future youth conferences and provide the opportunity to invest in youth of Newfoundland and Labrador.
YCNL Exhibitors are afforded space in a high traffic area at our conference where 2000+ delegates will be walking by. We promote our Exhibit Hall and we do our best to ensure that our registrants interact with the various exhibits. One of the ways we do this is through a contest in our YCNL Magazine. Students will visit each booth to get a representative from each Exhibitor to sign in order to qualify for a prize that will be drawn in the final session of the conference. We also list all of our Exhibitors in the YCNL magazine which is distributed to every registrant. One of the easiest ways to partner with YCNL and to gain exposure with 1600+ delegates at our event is by advertising at the YCNL conference. At our conference we have massive screens that feature ads in slide format or video format before and after sessions. There is also the opportunity to advertise in an information booklet that goes to our leaders, special guests, and all of our partners. If you are a Sponsor or an Exhibitor, you will already be featured in the booklet in some capacity. But if you are not able to make it to our event, or if you are unable to commit to a larger financial commitment this year, advertising may be a great option for you.
If you are a business or organization in the vicinity of the YCNL Conference, advertising at our conference encourages registrants to visit your business. In the past, we have had restaurants or stores include a discount for YCNL delegates. We would be happy to discuss these options with you.
